Relationship-first approach

WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW?

Which stage feels most like you right now?

Every puppy journey looks a little different. Start from the place that feels most like you right now.

Preparing

I'm preparing for a puppy

YOU'RE ALREADY AHEAD OF MOST. This is honestly the BEST time to start.

Preparing before your puppy even comes home says a lot about the kind of guardian you want to be — thoughtful, proactive, and already thinking about the relationship you'll build together long-term.

You're probably equal parts excited, emotional, researching everything, and mentally rearranging your entire life around a tiny creature you haven't even met yet.

My advice for you:

Start with the foundations in Week 1 before your puppy comes home, then follow the rest of the course day by day once they arrive.

Future-you will be very grateful.

Start from Week 1

New puppy

I just got my puppy

THE BEST TIME TO START IS RIGHT NOW!

A lot of humans wait until things feel overwhelming before asking for help, but you're already taking action while your puppy is still learning about the world every single day.

You're probably somewhere between:
"This is the cutest thing I've ever seen"
and
"Why are you awake at 5am chewing the wall?"

Welcome to puppyhood.

My advice for you:

Follow the 4-week journey from the start so you can build real-life skills gradually instead of trying to "fix" problems later.

Small moments now become lifelong habits later.

Start from Week 1

Puppy chaos

My puppy is already driving me crazy

First of all: welcome to the right place. You are very not alone.

You adore your puppy… and you've probably also questioned some of your life choices this week.

You're the kind of person who genuinely loves their puppy — which is probably why you've already tried other advice online, watched videos, or maybe even taken classes that somehow left you feeling even more confused.

Meanwhile the biting, the jumping, the toilet accidents are starting to make everyday life feel harder than you expected.

The good news?
You're not late to build the relationship you always dreamt about.

My advice for you:

Start with the foundations in Week 1, then skip directly to the lessons that help with what you're struggling with most right now.

You can come back to everything else afterwards to build a calm, confident, well-rounded adult dog at your own pace.

Jump to your problem

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MYTHS IN PUPPYHOOD

"They'll grow out of it"

You've probably been told that things like biting, jumping, accidents, and pulling on the leash will simply disappear with age. But here's the truth: every single behavior your puppy repeats — good or bad — is getting more ingrained. The question isn't whether your puppy is learning. They always are. Every time a behavior goes unaddressed, it becomes a little more familiar to your puppy's brain. A little more automatic. A little harder to change. The question is what they're learning and whether you have the tools to guide them toward better choices.

"My job is for people not to need me anymore"

— Erika

A MODERN APPROACH TO PUPPYHOOD

A different way to raise dogs.

Traditional approaches
Your Dog's Way
  • Teach commands
    Teach life skills
Commands get your dog to perform on cue. Life skills give your dog the tools to navigate a human world and give you the confidence to guide them through any situation, not just the ones you practiced.
  • Focus on stopping bad behaviors
Understand why they happen & prevent them
Suppressing a behavior without understanding what's driving it doesn't solve anything. The underlying emotion finds another outlet and the problem shows up somewhere else. This course goes to the root.
  • Correct mistakes
    Teach better alternatives
Telling your puppy what not to do doesn't teach them what they should do instead. Here we focus on guiding your puppy toward better choices — ones that work for both of you.
  • No clear structure
    One clear 28-day structure
Built in a way that respects your learning journey: short, focused, progressive. You never feel lost or overwhelmed. You always know exactly what comes next.
  • A dog that performs
A dog that feels safe in the world
A dog with solid foundations doesn't just behave well when you tell them to. They have the competence to be truly calm, confident and emotionally secure in any situation.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE COURSE

Your puppy's first 28 days — guided step by step.

One day at a time. One clear goal.

WEEK 1 — FOUNDATIONS

Start communicating with your puppy

Before teaching anything, you need to understand how your puppy actually learns. Week 1 gives you the mindset shift, the tools and the communication foundation that makes everything else possible.

Why your puppy does what they do & how to work with it
How to use food to communicate clearly without bribery
Setting up your home so your puppy can't go wrong
Teaching your puppy to respond to their name
What your puppy's first days and nights actually need
How to train in real life not just in training sessions
By the end of Week 1, you and your puppy are already speaking the same language.
WEEK 2 — COMMON CHALLENGES

Fix the things that are driving you crazy

The two biggest puppy struggles: biting and toilet training — tackled head on, with clarity on why they happen and exactly what to do.

Toilet training — the schedule that actually works
What to do when accidents happen anyway
Why your puppy bites and how to redirect it effectively
Teaching your puppy what to do instead of biting
How to teach "drop" in real life
Understanding mental fatigue and when to stop
By the end of Week 2, you're no longer reacting. You're guiding.
WEEK 3 — REAL-LIFE SKILLS

Good manners out in the real world

Now that the foundations are in place, it's time to take everything outside: walks, greetings, and real life situations.

Teaching calm greetings instead of jumping on everyone
Teaching your puppy to control their excitement
How to walk together without pulling or frustration
Choosing the right walking gear for your puppy
Staying focused and calm even when the world gets distracting
Bringing everything together into your everyday life
By the end of Week 3, you and your puppy are starting to feel like a team.
WEEK 4 — LONG-TERM CONFIDENCE

Building a well-adjusted dog

The final week is about preparing your puppy for the real world — and deepening the relationship that will carry you both through everything that comes next.

Socialisation done right - how to expose your puppy to the world
Teaching your puppy to stay calm around other dogs and people
Handling and grooming - making touch comfortable and positive from the start
Preparing for vet visits so they don't become a stressful experience
Positive muzzle introduction — a useful life skill for travel and vet procedures
The foundations of recall — teaching your puppy to come back to you happily
By the end of Week 4, you and your puppy feel ready to take on the world together.

FAQs

What if I don't have much time?

The course is designed for real life. You’ll learn how to build good habits through everyday interactions, not long formal sessions.

Each daily lesson takes less than 10 minutes to watch. You can practice during your normal walks, mealtimes and everyday routine. The course is designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.

What age should my puppy be?

This course is most beneficial for puppies up to around 6 months old, the critical window when habits and foundations form most easily. That said, older puppies benefit enormously too, especially from the behaviour and socialisation modules. If your puppy is already beyond 6 months, start with the areas you need most and build from there.

I haven't got my puppy yet. Should I start now?

Yes! And honestly, starting before your puppy arrives is ideal. Week 1 will help you set up your home, understand how puppies learn, and walk into day one already knowing what to do. Future-you will be very grateful.

Is this course only for first-time guardians?

Not at all. Many experienced dog owners have said this course completely changed how they see everything. If you've had dogs before but want to do things differently this time, or understand the why behind the behavior, you'll find enormous value here.

What if my puppy is already biting, pulling, or jumping a lot?

Go straight to the relevant day, that's exactly what the course is built for. You don't have to start from Day 1. Find what you need most, start there and come back for the rest when you're ready to build a well-rounded dog at your own pace.

What if I've already tried other methods and nothing worked?

That's one of the most common things I hear, and it's usually because other methods focused on what to do without explaining why behavior happens. Once you understand the why, everything becomes clearer. Start with Week 1 and give it 7 days.

What if the course isn't right for me?

You have 14 days to try it fully. Go through the first two weeks, do the exercises with your puppy. If it doesn't feel right, you can just click a button and I'll refund you completely. No questions asked.

What are Erika's qualifications?

Erika has been working professionally with dogs and their guardians since 2013, when she completed her first certification at the SIUA School of Human-Animal Interactions in Italy. She later went on to certify with the Victoria Stilwell Academy — one of the most respected force-free training institutions in the world — and has continued her education through workshops, specialization courses, and ongoing training with some of the most respected names in positive reinforcement dog behavior.

But beyond the certificates, what qualifies Erika most is 15+ years of real-world experience working with hundreds of guardians across multiple countries — in shelters, private consultations, daycare facilities and online. Every lesson in this course comes from that lived experience, not just theory.
